1. Agreement
By purchasing or using software from Navia Systems ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our software.
2. License
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two (2) devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key.
3. Trial
We may offer a free trial period. After the trial expires, a valid license is required to continue using the software. Trial terms may change at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (our merchant of record). Paddle handles billing, taxes, and invoicing. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Privacy
Our software processes data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your audio, transcriptions, or personal content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and model selection.
8. Updates
Your license includes all updates to the major version you purchased (e.g., 1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) may require a separate purchase.
9. Termination
We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, including redistribution of the software or license keys. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
