How to request a refund
Email hello@navia.systems with your order number or the email you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
What happens after a refund
- Your license key will be deactivated.
- The software will revert to trial mode (which may be expired).
- You can re-purchase at any time.
Exceptions
