How to request a refund

Email hello@navia.systems with your order number or the email you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

What happens after a refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • The software will revert to trial mode (which may be expired).
  • You can re-purchase at any time.

Exceptions

Refunds after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase — if something isn't working, reach out and we'll help.
