Overview

Navia Systems builds privacy-first software. Our products process data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal content.

What we do NOT collect

• Audio recordings
• Transcription text
• Clipboard content
• Keystroke data
• Screen content
• Usage analytics or telemetry

What we collect

When you purchase a license:

• Email address — for license delivery and support. Collected by Paddle (our payment processor).
• License key — stored locally on your device in the macOS Keychain.
• Machine identifier — a hardware serial number sent during license validation to enforce per-device licensing. Not linked to your identity.

License validation

When you activate a license, your license key and machine identifier are sent to Paddle's API for validation. This is the only network request our software makes (aside from downloading AI models from HuggingFace on first launch).

AI Models

On first launch, our software downloads AI model files from HuggingFace (a public model repository). This download does not transmit any personal data. After download, all processing is fully offline.

Third parties

• Paddle.com — payment processing, license management. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• HuggingFace — model downloads only. No personal data transmitted.

Data storage

All application data (settings, history, cached models) is stored locally on your Mac. We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app removes all data.

Children

Our software is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
